- Delivery Carrier:
To ensure timely delivery and complete customer satisfaction, we ship all orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the destination and the shipping option selected at the time of checkout. We do not ship to PO boxes. - Signature Required:
Packages are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. - Insured Shipping:
All shipments are fully insured for their value and require a signature upon delivery. In the unlikely event that a shipment is lost in transit, we will make a full refund or replacement. - Processing & Transit Times:
Our standard order processing time is 2 weeks, and the estimated transit time is approximately 7 to 9 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the order or any customizations requested. - Delivery Address:
When shipping is requested to an address different from the customers billing address, our accounting department may require additional documentation to verify the identify of the credit card holder. - Free Shipping:

Once the package is picked up from our workshop, we cannot be liable for any courier delays due to weather, technical errors or any other reason. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the package ships out and will do our best to assist in resolving delays with our senior shipping reps. - Import Duties & Taxes:
As a customer of the importing country, you’ll need to pay any duties or taxes levied by your country’s custom department. We’ll not be liable to pay any duties or taxes.
